ABOUT US
Ivo Minken has been working since 2014 at the practice and joined the practice as as owner in 2015.
He started working at an internal medicine and cardiology department before specialising as a general practitioner at the LUMC in Leiden. Before joining the practice doctor Minken has been working as a independant GP at various practices in the region. Also he was working as a studentdoctor for students of the TU Delft and participating in a committee for RSI prevention.
While enjoying the full spectrum of family medicine doctor Minken has a special interest in internal medicine, travel medicine and sports medicine. Also he coordinates the astma/copd care for the practice patients.
Dokter Minken speaks english.
WORKDAYS
Doctor Dictus's workdays are monday, wednesday, thursday and friday. Doctor Minken's tuesday, thursday and friday. You can visit both doctors at their consultation hours. If you prefer the one or the other please let our assistant know when booking an appointment.

Born in Papua New Guinea as son of a tropical doctor. Raised in Limburg and moved to Leiden in 1997, where he lives with great pleasure with his wife, daughter and son.
Ik ben geboren in Leiderdorp en woon in Hoogmade. Juni 2014 heb ik mijn diploma doktersassistente behaald. Deze opleiding heb ik gevolg op het ID college in Leiden. Vanaf Januari 2016 werk ik in de praktijk van dokter de Lange en dokter Minken.
Annemieke is our General Practice-based Nurse specialist for patients with chronic illnesses like diabetes and astma.
Fieke is our General Practice-based Nurse specialist for patients with psychological complaints.

Medisch Centrum Noord
At our medical center we collaborate with Fysiotherapie de Singel. You can visit them with all kinds of physical complaints, injuries, stress related complaints/breathing therapy and more.
ROHWN
For the best quality of care for people with diabetes, cardiovasculair disease or risk, pulmonary diseases and elderly care we collaborate with a cooperation of GP's named ROHWN.
